Your design build is owned and operated by Paul Gagné who has over 12 years of construction experience. His career as an architectural technologist and a rough carpenter took a turn after a move to Toronto. Restoring heritage homes has refined his finishing skills and ability to integrate old construction methods to a modern way of building.

Always ready for a new challenge. When in renovation, every home is unique and therefore will present its own problems, especially older ones. This is where working with a contractor experienced in nearly all trades is invaluable to come up with quick, cost-effective solutions.

From the initial consult to handing the keys over at the end. We see the design phase as a crucial step to ensure the project is designed to fit within your budget. Nobody wants to be forced into subpar finishes due to a lack of funds because a design was simply not feasible within a given budget.
